Client Portal & Membership Agreement
This agreement governs the contractual relationship, responsibilities, and operating terms between Kling Digital ("Company") and registered users ("Member") accessing our client portal and digital workspace environments.
1. Purpose and Scope
This agreement defines the operational and legal principles under which the Member accesses Kling Digital platform portals to review project milestones, approve proposals, submit support tickets, and manage invoicing.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Membership is established upon successful registration with verifiable, accurate corporate or personal information.
- The Member holds sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and session tokens. The Company is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from credential compromise.
- Accounts are individual and strictly non-transferable.
3. Rights and Obligations
- The Member agrees to use the portal exclusively for legitimate business communication and project management purposes.
- The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any account engaging in malicious automated scanning, brute-force attempts, or abusive conduct.
- All intellectual property, user interface designs, and proprietary code bases rendered within the portal remain the exclusive property of Kling Digital.
4. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal and commercial data handled within the portal is processed in strict compliance with GDPR and relevant data protection laws as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
The Member may request account closure at any time upon settlement of outstanding obligations. The Company may suspend or terminate membership immediately upon breach of these terms.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is construed and governed by applicable commercial laws, with competent jurisdictions handling any formal dispute resolution.
